• Hand write on, tag or label your kit, insert labels in your passport, wallet and ticket pouches with your unique identifier and our phone number for each country you are visiting (Our shop has a great range of marker pens, tags, labels and travel cards or you can do your own)
• Keep your address and contact details updated on our website

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

• Nothing, unless someone finds your property and notifies us by calling the number on your tag
• We'll check that it is a genuine caller, with a process that weeds out hoaxers and time wasters--then keep calling you or other people you may have nominated until we contact someone to alert them to the found property. We can contact you anywhere in the world.
• In such situation, with your permission, we'll charge you a small flat fee to your credit card (or your parents).
