Users of SAVEYA register on our secure internet their unique identifier (a name or number they choose that has not been used by any other SAVEYA user), their name, contact details and other information relevant to their circumstances, such as addresses, other contacts, itinerary whilst on a trip, health details to be made available to emergency workers in case of an accident, descriptions of animals or goods SAVEYA marked and to change their password etc.
The Internet site and databases are housed on a secure server with seamless and secure connection to credit card facilities, e-shop and to multilingual call centres.
The user sign or mark their important facilities, equipment and possessions with their unique identifier, our contact number in the relevant country and a request that in the event of the facility being seen to being damaged or the item being found, the public rings a free call number in the country in which the situation occurred. When such a call is made, our Saveya call centres using information provided by the client, will contact the client or their nominees.
To register, record, change or update information on our secure databases is free and it can remain there no charge.
Small charges start when a legitimate call is received and we contact you or your nominee(s). The charge is small if we call you and your organise to pickup the item or attend the site where issues are occurring. Where we provide information to health workers there is no charge
Where we organise, based on your instructions, the return of items, pay rewards that necessary to gain back the property, or perform any of the many additional business services we offer you will be charged either a flat fee or the cost as per our price lists.
