- Select a unique contact name that you will use for the public to identify you. It may be your company or division name or it can be a made up name or identification number. It is this unique identifier that we use to identify you.
- You sign up for the service free using your unique identifier at our secure website (WWW.SAVEYA.COM/SIGNIN) and complete the questionnaires which detail actions required to contact you and those you nominate, and when. The information can be changed and updated at will.
- For those who do not wish to have a detailed pre-established plan you need do no more than that until a disaster occurs when because your information is available we will work to assist you handle the situation.
- For those seeking a pre-established plan, for a small monthly fee we set up a contact telephone number, send your staff instruction cards showing a unique telephone number which advise your staff what to do in a event of an emergency. This number plays a standard message, until needed then is fully activated at the start of an emergency or drill.
- When activated, your authorized personnel can have the message changed and calls can be put through to operators to gather names, provide general or specific information to individuals. We help you keep track of your personnel and contractors, take messages from customers and suppliers and keep everyone informed on the emergency just as you dictate.
